*** So You can ride through Water much deeper than it appears,
feeling like a 12 year old . . .
and narrowly avoiding the 16" hidden hole at the end
which would make you fall . . . and look really stupid
*** So you can let Russ pull you for 3.5 hours (thanks)
*** So you can hit a section of deep washboard while stowing your water bottle, while your left foot is simultaneously ejected from its pedal,
and somehow manages to get wedged between your rear tire and frame,
causing an immediate skid . . . which causes you to utter a few unmentionable words, as you somehow re right the bike, knowing now you are not going to crash . . . only to remember that your foot is still stuck in the bike, and you have no idea how you are going to get out . . .
and then somehow managing to do so * * *
If only we had video of your near wreck. That was an awesome save.
